This year during the June 2-4, 2000 B.C.P.C.A. Police Dog trials in Hope, B.C., SACKETT won First Place for Criminal Apprehension.

Top Dog Award!

West Vancouver Police dog SACKETT and handler,

Cst. Jeff Neuman, receive their first place award.

The Canadian Police Canine Association Dog Trials took place in Lethbridge, Alberta in September 1999. The competition tested the abilities of 24 police dogs from across Western Canada. SACKETT placed Top Dog in the Criminal Apprehension Event. SACKETT is a two year old German Shepherd who was born in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. He loves working as a police dog, but on his days off he ís at home with his handler and family.
