Vancouver and Sunshadows German Shepherds boasts Canada's top police dog
Way to go, Ray and Bear (Sunshadows X)!!, First Place at the Canadian National Police Dog Championships in Edmonton, September 7 - 9, 2007.
Bear will retire at the end of August, 2008 after an illustrious career at keeping Vancouver's citizens safe. He appeared for one last performance at the Police Dog Championships in Saskatoon in July of '08.
Ray will keep on working for the Vancouver PS.

Ray and Bear are proud to join Sgt. Paul Jones of Edmonton Police Service on the First Place Championship podium. Paul and Sunshadows Steel won the championships in 2004 in Regina.
Next year's events will take place here in Saskatoon in the fall. More info to come.
